We had a great stay! Communication was lightning fast – we were stranded due to a cancelled flight on Sunday night and looking for a place to stay, and within 10 minutes our stay was arranged and confirmed. The appartment is spacious and cosy and very clean. It even has a washer/dryer so we could do some quick laundry for the unplanned extra day.

El lugar es muy bonito, pequeño pero acogedor. Recién remodelado y con mucho estilo. Nosotros hemos sido 4 huéspedes y perfecto para estar cómodos. La ubicación es increíble, muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés y una zona muy segura llena de restaurantes.
This place far exceeded my expectations! It’s a short walk from Atocha station and we were able to hit all the key places in Madrid by foot. The 3 air conditioning units came in handy to cool us off after our long days of sightseeing. One of the bedrooms faces the street (a bit noisy) while the other is tucked away and very quiet. The balconys are super cute to sit and have a morning or afternoon coffee. This place fits 4 people comfortably. Looks exactly like the pictures! Check in was a breeze, and was able to obtain the keys a bit earlier than expected. Looking forward to returning in the future!

沟通非常及时。这是位于市中心的公寓，靠近火车站。离索菲亚博物馆非常近。公寓很干净，设施一应俱全。唯一的不足就是临街，所以晚上有点吵，但靠近市中心 (Hidden by Airbnb) 都方便。所以，如果来马德里，我想我还会选它！

As usual, the summer in Madrid is almost 40 degrees, this nice place has three air conditioners so that you can be able to have a pretty sweet dream during the hot night!! I also need to work during my staying, the apartment has a big desk and good WiFi, so if you also need to work, here is a good choice!!

The flat is located in a great location, close to the park and many cool and interesting restaurants and shops. We greatly enjoyed exploring the city and coming back to collapse in the air-conditioning. The flat has all the bits you would expect and was immaculately clean.
We stayed for three nights in June and are a family of four, two children and two adults. The apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean, stylish, close to all the sights. We could walk to most places though we used cabs as well. The apartment has all the basic amenities that the previous guests have left and the host also provides some. You don’t have to run to the super market right away. We cooked in the apartment as well. There is construction/repair going on the main road and it’s very noisy since this apartment is close to the main road. I wish we were told about it beforehand. We couldn’t really keep the doors open most times due to the noise. But this wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We really liked the communication with them and the apartment overall. Ana, the lady who helped us with the check in is a lovely person. We would return to this apartment if we come back to Madrid again. Thanks Leeways for a great time. Regards Renu

Fabulous apartment with all the amenities you could want. Close to El Prado and Retiro, you can walk to these places or Metro to any others. Supermarket just around the corner and lots of great restaurants to choose from.
The place was a great location, walking distance to everything. They went above and beyond to make our stay special including having our soccer tickets mailed to their office and picking them up for us. Would definitely go back!

It was a beatiful place amidst the museum district of Madrid and about 1km easy walking distance from Puerta del Sol (tha main square). Would totally recommend everyone. The place is newly renovated. Very cozy and with beatiful small balconies (leeways):)!

This bnb was perfect for the three of us for our stay in Madrid. The location was very central to everything we wanted to see and was in walking distance to Gran Via Street, the palace, the cathedral, and the opera house. There are many great places to eat close by. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed.

Almost everything is perfect with this place. The neighbourhood is nice, walking distance to everything you need and if you want to go further the metro is a few minutes away. The apartment is very pleasant, clean and well equipted. And the check-in and service before arrival was excellent. Everything went smoothly.

Very nice apartment in a very handy location. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is nicely equipped. All amenities are close and the area is full of bars, restaurants and cafes. The communication with the host was fast and friendly. Only drawback is that the master bedroom has windows to the street and it can get a bit noisy at night. The other bedroom is to the courtyard and it’s very quite. Overall, anyone wishing to live in the heart of Madrid and enjoy a lovely apartment, should consider this one!
Central location and spatious apartment
Vous serez très contents du confort que vous pourrez trouver dans ce logement. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces était très appréciable, vu qu’il faisait 40° lors de notre séjour. Le coin cuisine est très bien équipé, les chambres sont très confortables. L’appartement est super bien situé : à deux pas des musées, du parc del Retiro, de la gare d’Atocha, des bus ou du métro. Très peu loin du centre ou de certains quartiers comme Lavapies. Des parkings low cost peu loin. De bons petits restaurants et des commerces pratiques dans les rues voisines. Bref, un super appartement !

L’appartamento è nuovo, luminoso e pulito nonché comodissimo per girare a piedi il centro di Madrid e i suoi quartieri più belli. Enrique e Jorge sono delle persone super carine e disponibili. ll quiartiere è centrale e ben servito. Consiglio colazione sotto casa al Azul! Esperienza meravigliosa.
Everything is perfect for us. The location is right at the heart of central and very quiet. Bright and very clean place. Everything is so comfortable, we found everything that we need in the apartment. The communication is really great. We would recommend this wonderful place to anyone.
The place is completely new furnished. Love the space, furnitures, decoration and balcony, everything! Enrique is also a warm-kind man that helped us with really heavy luggages to the first floor apartment. The location is quite close to the train station and there is a fantastic night club nearby. Overall, thanks for Enrique’s welcoming and it was really a nice stay! Recommend!
Enrique and Jorge are wonderful hosts who were available before during and after our stay. The apartment is charming and welcoming and they have put a lot of thought into the little details. We loved our stay. The only thing worth mentioning is the front bedroom is a bit noisy at night from traffic as there is a busy street close by. The back room was perfectly quiet. A really great place in a wonderful location.

Excellent condo in the heart of the city. What you see online is what you get! Great communication with the hosts and quite helpful with suggestions. A small grocery and sundry store in the same block as the condo makes this a super convenient location. We highly recommend Enrique Y Jorge’s place!

Enrique foi solicito de início ao fim, com respostas rápidas e precisas sobre qualquer coisa que precisamos. O apartamento está recém-reformado e é bonito, moderno, limpo e confortável. Possui todo o conforto necessário para uma ótima estadia e internet rápida e estável. Está localizado numa rua silenciosa à noite. Para quem estiver viajando a Madri de carro, como foi nosso caso, estacionar perto do apartamento pode ser desafiador. Enrique, porém, lhe enviará uma lista com estacionamentos “Low cost” (8 euros por dia) A poucos minutos andando do apartamento. Foi uma ótima e barata solução para nossa estadia de 3 noites. Só tenho a agradecer a Enrique por cumprir com tudo que foi combinado e parabenizá-lo pelo apartamento.

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Madrid. It is very cozy and new furnished. There are three little beautiful balconies . At night it’s really quiet. You can reach all sights by foot. The communication with Enrique was really great and he gave us a lot of tips for the day and evening. We could reach him all day and he was always very helpful. I could just recommend this apartment and I hope to come back very soon!
El departamento es nuevo, muy cómodo, limpio y luminoso. Está ubicado cerca de la estación de Atocha, a cuadras del barrio de las letras y la plaza Santa Ana. Enrique y Jorge muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento! Sin duda volvería a alquilar un departamento con ellos!
The location could not be better – in practical terms it’s the same as staying at the Ritz. Ultra close to museums, transport and cool restaurant / tapas / bar district but fairly quiet. The place has been recently done over and it’s sparkling clean and efficient. We found our hosts kind and helpful. One point for renters — they have put in a first class heating system which will make this a really warm and cosy nest for exploring Madrid on those winter weekends.
The apartment is located in the very center, it is very convenient to walk almost to all sights. The apartment is very clean, not cluttered, everything looks new. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and comfortable closets. The apartment is ideal for travelers, including children.

Great appartement at a great location. Everything you need is next to the apartment. Like supermarkets and shops. Tip: take a walk from the apartment to Sol. Very nice walk between the real Spanish streets with nice shops and bars/restaurants. Also highly service of the owners with helping out your questions.

We loved the location of the apartment, it’s close to atocha metro which lead you to everything you want. Many restaurants and groceries are few steps from the place. The street it’s noisy by cars during night but it was ok with us because we were tired after the whole day walking 😀 Everything else is just perfect. Recommend it of course.
Everything was so good. Enrique is really nice helpfull host. You can find everything you need in the house, iron, shampoo, microwave, espresso machine:) , kitchen stuff etc. So, recommended!
The only thing that could be improved in this apartment … stop, no, there’s nothing to improve! The apartment is simply excellent, its money is fully – one of the best in which I lived. Excellent interior, grooming, repair. Everything is thought out. The location is wonderful – everything is close and close. Although a couple of times it was a bit noisy at night from drunken companies (I usually sleep soundly and can not hear, but not this time), but there is an explanation – two public holidays among the week. In general, it was the only trifle. A big plus is also the fact that around there are many restaurants, cafes and a number of attractions. And in general, Madrid really liked – a living city. Beautiful, cheerful, delicious. Alive! Thanks also to Enrique and Jorge for their hospitality. The settlement passed easily and simply, without straining. The location of Leeways – Enrique Y Jorge’s place allowed us to explore a historical and cultural downtown of Madrid like a local. Everything was within walking distance. We were never in a hurry; fully devoted ourselves having leisurely lunches in the nearest vibrant restaurants and taking relaxing strolls through the city. The apartment itself is clean, comfy, cozy and has every detail planned well enough to make one feel like home. The communication with Enrique and Jorge was unimpeachable. As soon as they learned that I am vegan, they offered me a list of vegan places nearby, which I found pretty touching. They also offered a change of towels, for which I was thankful. If I come back to this beautiful city one day, I will definitely stay at this homey and immaculate apartment again!

Enrique and Jorge’s place was perfect for my colleague and I. The apartment was quiet, convenient, and had everything we could need. The hot water stopped working due to the cold weather, but Enrique and Jorge were quick to respond and dealt with it as soon as possible. They also checked in with us after it was repaired, which was very thoughtful. Enrique and Jorge are great to communicate with, and this place is perfect if you’re travelling into Madrid by train or want a central place to explore the city from. Would definitely recommend!
The place is incredible. We had an amazing time with 4 people. The apartment is recently renovated and looks brandnew. Very stylish, clean, spacious and warm and cosy in the wintermonths. Hospitalidad inmejorable. El apartamento es igual que en las fotos, bonito, agradable y acogedor. La ubicación es muy buena, no obstante hay una boca de metro al lado. La zona es tranquila y no hay ruido por la noche. Totalmente equipado con cafetera, utensilios para cocinar, toallas e incluso gel y champú. 100% recomendable. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

This is a fairly new place, very close to many of the main attractions in Madrid. We managed to see the Prado and Retiro Park which were easily within walking distance. Supermarkets not far and great restaurants within a five minute walk. Because of its newness, we found that the kitchen was missing a couple of things, although we did find fairly quick response time when we needed sharp knives for cooking. The kitchen is quite modern, with an induction stovetop, which was new to us, which was appreciated. I think it has been mentioned that the front bedroom is quite noisy, so if you need two rooms, hopefully you have a sound sleeper to occupy it. The second bedroom is quite good, albeit small, and includes a queen size bed. I would recommend this place, especially for a couple.
A lovely apartment in a decent location. Very warm and cosy and bed was very comfortable. Kind of them to have a nespresso machine and coffee for us to use as well
The apartment was located very close to the station and is walkable, though we took a cab. Location was a 15 mins walk to plaza mayor and the surrounding areas. Uber is available easily so it was easy to get around as well. There was no elevator in the apartment so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to take your luggage up a few flight of stairs. A departmental store just under the building was great and we could buy all the amenities we needed. Overall a good experience !
