The apartment has a lot of positives. Things we enjoyed a lot: the elevator, air-conditioning, nice beds, good shower, washing machine / dryer, rack and hangers for our clothes, hair dryer, clean apartment, and above all the proximity to park, shops, metro and museums. Things we found lacking: there were just 2 bath towels for two people for six days (when asked, Leeways sent someone over with two more towels the next day), some basic kitchen inventory (no bowls, cutting board, oil), there was no information or tips provided about where to go and what to see in the city, communal hallway looks very posh in pictures but it’s quite small and a bit dodgy in reality, we missed laundry detergent and soap for the dishwasher, and to do the dishes by hand a brush and tea towel would have been nice. Also the construction work on the facade of the building is still in progress; this hampers the view a bit. No noise complaints though! Tips for future guests: if you can’t find the metro station that Leeways mentioned, ppe de Vergara, that’s because it’s under construction right now. We choose to travel to Ibiza or Retiro, both in proximity to the apartment. All in all we had a pleasant and affordable stay in this quiet and posh neighbourhood right in front of the park; don’t expect extras.

Leeways is great! Location is amazing. Place was sparkling clean! Highly recommend!
Very clean, comfortable and simple apartment in one of the most posh neighborhoods in Madrid, kind of like the Upper East Side in NYC, but central enough to easily walk to other places and close to the airport. The park is across the street which is nice, and the traffic noise is blocked by a double set of doors. I slept very well because the bedroom is completely blacked out. I was mostly walking around during the day and also used the apartment to work… there was some construction noise during the day in the living room but that’s normal for Madrid and the bedroom itself was INCREDIBLY quiet. Also the Leeways rep was very sweet!
