The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a two week stay. Then espresso machine was a nice touch. The location was good, easy walking distance to La Latina and Plaza Mayor. Actually, there was easy access to everywhere a tourist would go in Madrid. The supermarkets are close and there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The only difficulty for me was the lack of natural light in the house, all windows face an enclosed courtyard so there is no sunlight ever. I am sensitive to that, but if you’re not, it won’t be a problem.
