Apartamento muy compacto pero cómodo para una estancia corta. Limpio y céntrico. Lo mejor es la ubicación.
Me and my boyfriend visited Madrid for a concert and booked this apartment for 3 nights. The hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed an easy check-in and -out, a realy easy communication and some useful tips, such as „lockers in the city“ or the route from the airport! The apartment is very good located! We LOVED the neighborhood and it was also very easy to reach any other point in the city. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed to stay at this place and would book it again the next time we go to Madrid. <3

Muy buena ubicación para todo. Hay q tener en cuenta q es una zona (centro) muy concurrida y con bastante ruido por las noches. Si desean dormir mucho,este lugar no es recomendable.

This was great. Super amazing location. 20 min or less walk to anywhere you’re looking to go. FYI currently Gran Via metro is closed (sept (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) so if you’re using (Hidden by Airbnb) , they don’t know that yet. You can use many other stations if you don’t feel like walking. They provided us with amazing recommendations and it was easy to check in.
The place was very clean, and stylish, the location was excellent. They even have coffee. Plenty places to eat of all prices very close. The only thing I didn’t like it was that I had to go to pick up the key to their office a few blocks away. I expected them to meet me instead of me having to go and get the key. Other wise, every thing else was nice.
El apartamento estaba genial! Muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Muy educados y atentos. Si tengo que poner alguna pega es que te regalaban cápsulas de café pero no había tazas! (o no fui capaz de encontrarlas), por lo demás todo genial!!

그랑비아역에서 5분정도 걸리는 위치에 있는 숙소입니다. 사진 그대로 예쁜 인테리어에 작지만 깨끗한 숙소. 숙박에 필요한 건 거의 다 구비되어 있고 제가 유럽에서 머문 에어비앤비중 가장 와이파이가 빨랐어요. 1층 문 말고도 중간 문이 하나 더 있어서 보안이 철저했음. 다만 오래된 아파트라 방음이 잘 안됩니다. 또 냉장고 기계음이 좀 심했는데 침대가 바로 앞이라 그건 불편했어요. 그래도 바로 옆 건물에 까르푸가 있어서 장보기 편했습니다. 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소라 생각함.
The whole stay was great, the location was amazing, the host was very supportive, and the apartment is clean. The only thing that needs fixing is the shower place, the water seems to leak out every time i took a shower. else all is super great
Leeways apartment has an excellent location, next to the most prosperous commercial street in Madrid, Gran Via. Neither of us can speak Spanish or English in three families, Leeways is very good! We were warmly received and admitted without any problems. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The only regret is that since we don’t know Spanish and English at all, the way to check our luggage after checking out is troublesome for us, so we have to go to the airport a long time in advance. If I come back to Madrid next time, I will definitely choose Leeways apartment, and I will recommend Leeways apartment to my friends and relatives.
Wir waren Anfang August in der Wohnung der Leeways. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber und für 3 Personen absolut ausreichend. Es ist dort alles vorhanden, um auch mal zu kochen oder zu waschen. Zur Lage: Die Wohnung hat wirklich die perfekte Lage, so dass man zu Fuß sowohl Richtung Nationalbibliothek als auch in die andere Richtung zum Puerta de Sol gelangt. Außerdem hat man die Shoppingmeile direkt um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich bemüht und zuvorkommend. Man kann den Check in nach Absprache verschieben, wenn zb. der Flug Verspätung hat, wie in unserem Fall. Außerdem erkundigen sie sich, ob man zurecht kommt und geben einem Tipps, wo man zb. die besten Tapas in Madrid bekommt. Man kann schnell und einfach über (Hidden by Airbnb) mit ihnen kommunizieren. Wir würden immer wieder diese Wohnung und diese Gastgeber wählen!

Being in Malasaña was perfect! Reminded us a bit of Brooklyn. We had a couple very good meals nearby and walked most places. The street below is lively and pretty noise at night but otherwise, the space functions well and shower was great. The host company is very responsive and made check in and out super easy. They even let us keep our luggage in the office until we could check in. We would stay with the Leeways again.

We were able to walk everywhere and the apartment was prefect size for a couple. It was nicely decorated and had a cute balcony to view the street. I would definitely recommend!
Centrally located the unassuming exterior opens into a bright, sunny, apartment. Very thoughtful and efficient use of space & very clean. Also the bed was quite comfortable. Anna, the manager who greeted us was very friendly and informative. A decent value in the heart of a very beautiful city.
Great & vibrant location! Attractions are within 30 mins walking distance (Didn’t have to take any metro to get around). There are also good and reasonably priced food near the apartment. Hosts were also responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend their apartment to travellers whom are looking to find an alternative accommodation (instead of hotel) in the city center. This was my first trip to Madrid and as I was staying for a week I wanted apartment style accommodation. This flat was everything and more I could have asked for. Although a studio, the size and layout was excellent. The fold down bed was comfortable and suitable for longer stays. The bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. Located in the heart of the gay district, the neighbourhood is teaming with incredible restaurants, bars and clubs, whilst only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street. In fact I only got the metro twice in my one week stay. I walked everywhere. Minor points to know is you’re not able to walk out onto the balcony, although you can fully open the double doors out and sit on a wooden cover on the balcony. It was also incredibly easy to get to from the airport. Overall I’d say this flat is perfect and I’d happily book again. 🙂

Fantastic getaway place! We enjoyed our stay..very clean..comfy bed..close to shopping..dinning. Our host was quick to response via air bnb messaging..as we were a late night arrival. Keep in mind that all of the close proximity to everything makes it pretty loud all hours of the night..so.. You might want to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper..BUT .. If you are a night owl..ready for a late night out..or if you are a really sound sleeper..You won’t mind at all! Overall a great place to stay with great Wi-Fi and a nice secure building.
This apartment was very clean and super close and convenient to all of the shops and restaurants. Such a GREAT experience staying here. I ran a bit late checking in and Enrique & Jorge were very understanding and very nice. La ubicación es lo mejor, la Garn Vía queda muy cerca y eso hace que todo lo que puedas necesitar en el viaje quede cerca. Algo que también nos gustó es que en la cocina hay algunas cosas básicas para cocinar algo como aceite y sal, creemos que los dejaron otros huéspedes pero ayuda a no tener que comprarlos.Estuvieron siempre muy pendientes de todo y fueron muy atentos. Seguramente si volvemos a Madrid nos quedaremos ahí.

Fantastic location! 2 min walk from the Gran via main shopping street. Supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants all within 1 minute walk. Just perfect. Great communication, and the lady was friendly when we arrived.
A beautiful and brand new apartment in a great great location. You cannot be more central than this. Everything is literally right outside your door. The restaurants, the shops, the bars, etc. And the apartment is completely quiet when you close the windows/doors, which is unbelievable given how busy the street is. I loved that I was able to look down the balcony to see and hear and experience Madrid and when I wanted a quiet moment, I just closed the doors. Oh and there is an elevator in the building so you don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs like my other Airbnb stays. Honestly, this stay was one of my best Airbnb experiences. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. I met Jorge the day I arrived and he showed up at the door and greeted me as soon as my Uber pulled up to his building. He even helped me with my luggage and gave me a tour of his brand new apartment. He gave me all the information that I needed to make my stay a comfortable and great experience. In addition to his warm welcome to his place, Jorge left me with a nice bottle of wine! Such a nice and sweet touch! I loved it. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will stay with Jorge and Enrique again when I am back to Madrid.

I had the perfect stay at this place! Enrique and Jorge surprised me with a new level of friendliness and quality. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Location couldn’t be more central. I recommend this house to anyone who plans to stay max a week in Madrid.Since it is in the center you don’t need to take any transportation to go to the historical places or to go out in the night. The hosts are amazing,you can reach them easily,and when something goes wrong they take care of it immediately.

El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está en pleno centro. Hay varios locales para comer y el supermercado está justo debajo. La comunicación con Jorge ha sido muy fluida mostrándose siempre muy atento para cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. Además del sofá cama que se ve en las fotos hay instalada una cama doble abatible muy cómoda.

The flat is a perfect place to stay for a trip to Madrid! Location is perfect and you’re within walking distance from all the main streets and squares. Enrique and Jorge made us feel very welcome and even extended the check in time to accommodate our late arrival! Flat was spotless and true to the pictures on the website! The inclusion of a new fold away bed was great! Would definitely recommend for couples! Thanks again!
La verdad es que todo ha ido genial! En nuestro caso nos atendio Enrique y fue muy atento, simpático y agradable, siempre respondia a cualquier duda que tuvieramos y nos ayudó en todo. Un 10! El apartamento es exacto a lo que se ve en las fotos con una agradable sorpresa, una cama abatible (a parte del sofá cama) muy cómoda. En nuestro caso fue genial ya que eramos dos amigas y dormimos cada una en una cama doble. El apartamento en general muy bien, limpio, agradable y ubicación perfecta. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Madrid!
Primera experiencia y ha sido genial, gracias a los dueños por todas las facilidades y hacer que nuestra estancia en Madrid haya sido como dormir en casa, la cama muy cómoda pues es nueva y la limpieza 10. Baño limpio con muy buena ducha. Muy recomendable.

There’s just one way to say it really – we loved this apartment! Checking in was really easy, the place is so central that you never really need public transport while you’re in Madrid. The central location also means you can just go back whenever you want during the day. Easy to find too, which is great when arriving in the evening, and Enrique and Jorge were very helpful with providing advance info about works on the metro line to the airport. The bed was really comfortable, shower is a rain shower and always had hot water. The apartment looks so good. I think it even looks better in real life than in the photos. Chueca is a great location to stay. So many great bars and places to eat, as well as being very close to all of the main sights and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again!
Enrique y Jorge son muy amables. El piso es muy amplio, limpio, bien ubicado y bien equipado. Se preocupan constantemente por tu estadía y te harán sentir mejor que en un hotel.
Great space – top location, bright, modern; pull out bed which of course is not as comfortable as a standard bed but was ok; on 2nd floor with lift if you need it. Great powerful shower and working wifi. Host was very quick to respond when needed and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
Firstly host was amazing. We arrived early and he met us earlier than scheduled. Location was amazing. Next to everything. Apartment had everything you need. Apartment was very safe and had a super safe lock on it. Local shops and places to eat. Great retail shopping. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay. Centrally located and within walking distance or a train/cab ride of many sites. Lot’s of good restaurants and pubs located in the same neighborhood. I was able to leave my bags in the apt prior to check in, and Jorge was very flexible and worked around my delays in getting there. He was very helpful offering information on how to get there, how to get around and what was available locally. He also checked back the next day to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed. Thanks again guys!

El apartamento está localizado en una calle con bastante movimiento durante el día y la noche. La comunicación con Enrique y Jorge fue excelente y siempre atentos a cualquier duda. El apartamento es un espacio bastante compacto con una cama y un sofá cama y muy bien equipado. La cama está localizada junto con la cocina y es de tipo embutida.

The apartment is located in a very central location in Madrid. The apartment is close to public transportation although due to the its location, we had little need for public transportation. The neighborhood is very lively, plenty of restaurants and bars and close to attractions. Some noise should be expected since you would be staying in Central Madrid. Apartment is clean and comfortable for stays while enjoying Madrid.
It was nice and comfortable. Enrique and Jorge were able to communicate and make our entire stay comfortable – helping with the flat and making dining recommendations.
Jorge was very helpful before and during the trip. He was punctual and responsive to issues. He provided good recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The apartment was accurately described, very clean, and met expectations. The apartment is in a dense urban area with lots of people and shops, and like many parts of Madrid, narrow one-way streets. Be sure to use public transit while staying here, not a car.

Enrique and Jorge made the trip so very easy. I spoke with Jorge regularly before heading to Madrid and he was very helpful, answering any questions that I had and even assisting with recommended scenic routes to take from my point of arrival to the flat I had booked. As far as hosting goes, we were welcomed at the property by Jorge who was very friendly and kindly gave us recommendations and offered to answer any questions night and day should we need advice. The flat was spotlessly clean, on a buzzing street in the very centre of Madrid’s Gran Via area. Supermarkets, the Metro, cafes, shopping, bars and restaurants were all literally on the doorstep and (long story short) I don’t think you will find an easier location than this one! So easy in fact, we chose to walk everywhere! I was concerned this would be a noisy area at night but the flat has solid windows, wooden shutters and a modern air conditioning unit so you’re good to catch some sleep! Enrique and Jorge were great hosts and the apartment was just like you see in the pictures, very clean and perfect for a couple. Very central location. Looking forward to our next stay.
Staying in this studio apartment worked out well for us. Directions to (easy to get off at Grand Via if you’re coming by Metro) and check-in with Jorge went smoothly and then we were right in the thick of Checuca-bustling and gay! Food, bars, shoes, all on the doorstep. THe apartment itself is small, freshly renovated and a bit IKEA-heavy, but there’s a good use of space and storage. Windows are double-glazed so you can block out the noisy streets at night too.
We had the pleasure to stay at Enrique and Jorge’s flat upon our return to Madrid and it really is a spectacular unit with a great location. Central to all in Chueca, but with nearly no noise at all from the streets. Definitely will be back on our next visit to Madrid!

This was a nice flat – very accurate to the pictures and description. In a good location, easy to walk everywhere you need to go but close to public transport if needed. Communication was great and I always got a quick reply. I would stay here again if I come back to Madrid.
Great apartment – amazingly secure, centrally located and a beautiful space. Highly recommended, and the hosts responded to every message instantly. The location in Chueca is fantastic for restaurants and bars – when I visit again there is no other place that I’d stay!

Perfect centrally located studio in Chueca. Walking distance to Grand Via, Retitro Park, Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, numerous shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out Angelitas on Casa Reina for the best service restaurant and best cocktails in Madrid! Hosts are very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or assistance you may need. The washer/dryer, Air conditioner and WIFI were all very useful.
We stayed here in June. The unit was very clean, accurate, close to everything we needed. Our host was extremely nice and helpful.. we couldn’t have asked for more! Would definitely recommend others stay here.

Jorge was a great host. Upon arrival, he called me on the phone to make sure I had arrived and walked me through the entire apartment. He also asked if I needed any recommendations for things to do and see in Madrid. The apartment itself was spotless, centrally located, comfortable, and quiet at night. I would definitely recommend Enrique and Jorge’s place to anyone visiting Madrid.
Location, Location, Location! This apartment is SMALL, but large enough for two people. It is a studio with a Murphy bed in the kitchen area, but the living room is comfortable for two persons. The best part about the apartment is the location – right in the middle of the city, but surprisingly not loud. It’s in a gay district, for those who want that proximity, and it’s also very close to museums, restaurants, famous sites, markets, shopping, etc. etc. We literally walked everywhere and if we hadn’t had so much luggage, I would have walked to the Madrid Atoche Station on our departure date. Enrique was awesome and really extended himself waiting for our late arrival and in helping us throughout our stay by answering our email questions. Enjoy!

The place is well situated, if a little noisy on a Saturday night! It is small but well equipped; ideal for a couple or up to two people staying. Would not recommend for more than two.

Top Flat is situated in a prime area of Madrid, literally a hop skip and a step away from Gran Via. For those who are unfamiliar with the city of Madrid, this area is VERY central and you can enjoy the bustling city with only a few minutes of walking. The apartment itself has everything that you will need- it is filled with amenities! Top flat was spotless as well. We felt that it was very clean and a comfortable place to live in. Top spot, right amongst all the action of Madrid! For a couple it’s a top choice, maybe too little space for two travellers that are used to more room to move. Host was great, communication was tops, with some handy tips given.
We never met the listed hosts, but the place was in a very central and convenient location. Practical for setting your base and getting to know the city.

Fantástico apartamento, la ubicación inmejorable, cama muy cómoda y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Siendo una zona de mucho tránsito, no se escucha absolutamente nada en el piso, por lo que puedes descansar sin problemas. Sin duda, lo mejor, la atención y hospitalidad de los anfitriones en todo momento, de 10!! Lo recomiendo a todos!
Apartamento simples, cómodo e extremamente bem localizado. Lojas e serviços necessários ao viajante a escassos minutos do local. Zonas turísticas e de interesse nas proximidades. Fácil acesso a transportes públicos e aeroporto.

Se trata de un pequeño apartamento muy bien ubicado y bonito, perfecto para una pareja, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en el centro de Madrid. Nosotros estuvimos dos días por trabajo y pasamos poco por la vivienda, pero pudimos comprobar que se descansa muy bien: la cama es muy cómoda y no hay mucho ruido de la calle.

I had an amazing time in Madrid thanks to Leeways. The apartment is even better than the pictures and I feel like everything was made for me. I highly recommend this place to any guests who love attention to details. Definitely one of my favorite stays.

Best value for money, right in the city centre, great communication. The appartment is just like in the pictures, has full kitchen, strong wifi, the flat was immaculate. If you are planning on staying for more than a week i strongly reccommend it as you also have a brand new washer and the price is unbeatable!
